Mulch California collects personal data from visitors solely for the purpose of processing your order and to improve our services and enhance your online shopping experience. Any copyright or other intellectual property in these web pages is owned by, or licensed to us. It is absolutely prohibited for you to reproduce all or any part of the contents of this website except in accordance with this agreement.
We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases; Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sales tax is only charged to residents living in California State (8.00%). For international orders, a customs duty will be charged depending upon the country in which you reside. Mulch California is not responsible for payments of this duty. We will not under any circumstance under-declare the value of an order to reduce the total customs duties..
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, Excluding holidays. Orders received on the weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped from San Clemente, CA. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. If you do not respond within 48 hours we will consider your order canceled we will consider your order canceled. Orders are usually shipped within 36-48 hours after your order has been processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Standard delivery orders in the U.S. will be shipped via USPS and Fedex; international orders will also be shipped via FedEx. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once the item has been processed and shipped. We will contact you with this information; there is no need to reconfirm this by contacting us.
Merchandise in saleable, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attach may be returned or exchanged when accompanied by return authorization number. Unless item is custom ordered, pre-ordered, or hemmed, these sales are final. Customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) to receive a return authorization number and will have 14 days to ensure the package is returned and received by us. After 14 days all sales are final. No price adjustments. All sales final on discounted items.
In order to minimize our footprint, we have a recycling program. When you (the customer) is done with your product we hope you will recycle your product with us.
Receiving an Authorization number:
To receive a return authorization merchandise number (“RAM#”), email email@example.com. Provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping cost. Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RAM# or your RAM# will be invalid. Mulch California will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation or lost of packages without proof of delivery (tracking number). Upon our inspection of the merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card account, in which the original purchase was made. Only products in original purchase condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customer at their own cost. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Mulch California back to you. We have the right to deny refunds, if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Will I be charged shipping to return the product?
Yes. Customers must pay for shipping and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Mulch California is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation number.
Can I return/exchange my items in person?
No, all online orders must be returned using a shipping service. Messenger services are excluded.
